ALL IRELAND HOME COOK:
This COOKERY competition will run throughout the day on Sunday the 18th June with Chef Adrian Martin doing
demos in between the contestants.

Competition Format:

Qualifiers will have 45 minutes to prepare and cook a main course of their choice.
A electric hob and electric oven will be provided at the Show along with power points and a work area.
Each contestant must bring along their own ingredients and whatever pots pans knives etc. that they require to prepare and cook their dish.
Dishes will be judged on presentation, cooking skills, Taste, cleanliness and best use of ingredients.
The winner of each regional show will Go Forward to the All-Ireland Final
